Currently working at a pharmacy for over 8 years, my knowledge on nutrition and training has increased over the years and my relationship and personal interactions with regular customers in regards to improving their overall health has increased on a daily basis.  As well as clients from the gym are also showing interest.

I’ve always enjoyed trying new things so over the past years have trained CrossFit to weightlifting, bootcamp, Yoga,  Dance and Pilates. I found my true love for fitness when I tried reformer Pilates for the first time.  After training Pilates for a year I decided I was obsessed and wanted to become an instructor. I now teach to clients of all ages and fitness experience and want to inspire and support people to move without fear, helping people enjoy the journey not just the destination.
